Rules & Policies

- It is not allowed to express political and religious opinions in the ads.
- If you have a company that sells a product or service you may enter your business name, but the description of the company may not be listed. The texts in the ads is only meant to describe the product or service.
- All ads must comply with Iraqi laws and regulations.
- Ads may not contain offensive texts. Offensive texts includes pornographic, violent, or texts that otherwise perceives offensive.
- You may not have multiple ads that sell the same product or service.
- The images must be relevant to the product or service being advertised.
- For your safety, Iraqbazaar will review all ads so that they follow the rules before they are published. The ads that does not meet the requirements, will get an email asking you to change the ad and publish it again.

General conditions
- The advertiser is personally responsible for their ad.
- Iraqbazaar is not responsible for the advertised product or service.
- The Advertiser accepts that the content of the ad may also appear from Iraqbazaars partners' websites, under the same rules that apply to your ad when it appears on Iraqbazaar.
- Iraqbazaar is not responsible for damage caused by failure or delayed ads.
